We are happy to accept returns or exchanges only if the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@verongodreams.page, with details about the product and the defect. Once confirmed, please return the item to:

Inspection & Resolution
After we receive the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you by email within 48 hours whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
If approved, we will either:

Replace the product, or

Refund the purchase price using your original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice or packing slip.
